Ephemeral significance. Nihilism and Ethics in Peter Seeberg's literary work

In 1946 Peter Seeberg published a small selection of fragments and aphorisms from Friedrich Nietzsche's work. In his introduction, Seeberg states that there has been too much focus on the destructive aspects of Nietzsche's thinking instead of on the vital ones. Is it still possible to give meaning to life in the modern age of nihilism? Seeberg finds one answer to this question in the sort of human meaningfulness which is created - although it may only be for a short time - in relationships to others.
